A very simple list of ingredients. Tallow makes for a hard soap and Coconut Oil for lather. Ingredients: Beef Tallow, Distilled Water,  Coconut Oil (Cocos Nucifera), Sodium Hydroxide, Olive Oil (Olea Europaea), Honey, Cinnamon Essential Oil (4-4.5 oz.)
